Salmon is a technology-driven financial company building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia, starting in the Philippines. The company operates a fintech platform used by millions of customers and supported by thousands of partner stores.

• Work across the Payments domain spanning debit, credit, and cross-border payments, with expanding scope in mobile and transaction feed analytics;
• Partner with product and engineering to define and validate tracking requirements for the mobile app interface and transaction feed;
• Support analytics for new initiatives, including the Daily Banking launch, alongside ad-hoc deep-dive analyses;
• Own mobile analytics end-to-end, including requirements, monitoring, funnel and drop-off analysis, research, and documentation;
• Own Transaction Feed analytics for the Salmon App, including merchant naming standardization, transaction categorization, and icon mapping logic;
• Build and maintain dashboards, reporting, and self-serve analytics for Payments products across debit, credit, and cross-border;
• Monitor key payment metrics and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement;
• Support forecasting and financial reporting for credit products and bills payment streams;
• Deliver clear stakeholder presentations that turn analysis into decisions.

• 2+ Years of experience in data analytics, preferably in fintech or payments;
• Hands-on experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase Analytics, or GA4;
• Experience analyzing user behavior across mobile apps, including funnels, drop-off, retention, and feature adoption;
• Strong SQL skills;
• Hands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools;
• Familiarity with transaction data, including payment flows, categorization, reconciliation, and data quality issues;
• Ability to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and actionable insights;
• Experience with forecasting, financial reporting, or working in a high-growth product environment.
