• Develop clear and measurable targets based on initiative scope;
• Improve forecasting and goal-setting capabilities;
• Serve as the internal point of contact for data-related questions;
• Support product experimentation and testing initiatives;
• Design test plans, align cross-functional stakeholders, execute robust analyses, and deliver actionable insights;
• Document findings and communicate them clearly and concisely;
• Help build analytics foundations for the self-serve data platform;
• Build dashboards for weekly monitoring of company OKRs;
• Educate teams through function-led training and team-wide workshops;
• Collaborate with analytics teams across N26 to use shared platforms, insights, and innovations;
• Support the discovery of new product ideas, user friction points, and business opportunities;
• Evaluate continuous product releases using experimental or observational methods;
• Collaborate with UX researchers to combine qualitative and quantitative research;
• Ensure that data required for future evaluation is captured through tracking events or backend services;
• Drive quantitative analysis for the segment and own its insights and business discovery.

• 3+ Years of experience in Product or Analytics;
• Strong understanding of statistical methods for experimental and observational data;
• Highly experienced with SQL and Python/R for analytics;
• Experience with one or more data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Metabase, Looker, or Superset;
• Good presentation and communication skills;
• Nice to have: experience in high-growth startups managing Fraud or AFC topics, quantitative research experience, fintech experience.
