• Lead key analytical initiatives and projects to enhance delivery operations and customer experience;
• Suggest and conduct relevant data analyses to enable deeper operational insights;
• Support the optimisation of business processes to improve delivery experience, efficiency, and effectiveness;
• Work with stakeholders across courier operations, strategic account management, customer care, business intelligence, and delivery partners to coordinate cross-functional initiatives;
• Understand delivery operations metrics in depth and ensure their consistent use across the business;
• Communicate delivery operations metrics to other teams;
• Investigate problem orders to identify root causes and trends;
• Proactively eliminate or reduce recurring problem orders where possible.

• Highly organised and detail-oriented;
• Strong analytical and communication skills;
• Proven experience in an analytical role;
• Strong reporting skills, including collecting, organising, analysing, and disseminating significant amounts of information accurately;
• Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings;
• Solid SQL knowledge;
• Strong modelling and problem-structuring skills for complex unstructured problems;
• Proactive and clear communication skills;
• Nice to have: Experience with Google BigQuery and Google Sheets, experience with Tableau or similar data visualisation tools.
