• Investigate, analyze, and control the calculation of Risk Weight Assets;
• Monitor and explain Risk Weight Assets calculations;
• Participate in testing new implementations;
• Gather and document data on calculation or systems evolution;
• Collaborate with internal clients to understand their process needs and support continuous improvement;
• Support, analyze, and monitor information provided for regulatory purposes;
• Maintain documentation of methodologies, tools, processes, and procedures;
• Participate continuously in transversal projects as a key contributor to improvement and decision-making.

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting;
• At least 3 years of professional experience in risk and controls;
• Knowledge of law and regulations;
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Pack, including Excel and Access;
• Proficient knowledge of MySQL;
• Fluent in English, verbal and written;
• Good communication skills;
• Teamwork and ability to collaborate;
• Critical thinking;
• Proactivity;
• Analytical ability.
