Data analyst in commercial operations

• preparation of distributor end user and price claims data
• maintenance of the Commercial Excellence database used by Analytics and Incentive teams
• development of Excel based tools used by the Incentive team
• Work multi-functionally across WEU with commercial, functional, and local bids and tenders teams
• Active involvement in projects related to process improvement for the above listed tasks
• Collaborate with commercial and local bids and tenders teams to ensure accuracy and transparency Master's
• Perform WEU distributor price claims; working with Commercial partners for approval
• Work closely with the A2R team in Warsaw
• Processing of distributor end-user sales data to ensure accurate WEU reporting
• Provide local analytical support

• University degree, (Finance, economics preferred)
• Excellent analytical skills combined with outstanding technical skills:
• MS Office Applications: (Excel, PowerPivot, Access)
• Proficient in English and Polish.
• Additional languages are acknowledged
• Demonstrate good interpersonal skills & confidence in sharing outputs with key partners across WEU; both written and verbal
• Excellent communication skills and intercultural attitude with the ability to communicate optimally with individuals from a variety of groups
• Demonstrate ownership for achieving results
• Ability to work autonomously with a drive and determination to succeed
• Flexible approach to problem-solving
