• Support operational teams with tasks and requests;
• Generate and maintain reports and administer databases;
• Design and support promotions, stage games and ad hoc games;
• Analyze database data and perform segmentation analysis for Marketing Bus;
• Monitor KPIs and deliver relevant reports;
• Create proforma analyses;
• Develop campaigns, SMS and outbound sales lists;
• Assist with the marketing plan and budget systems;
• Assist with Casino Management System configuration and maintenance;
• Perform UAT in cooperation with business units for new casino systems through the Casino Management System SOP;
• Liaise with Business Processes and assist Marketing Compliance in maintaining and preparing the Departmental Operational Manual and SOP of Casino Marketing;
• Establish operational procedures for the Database Administration Team to ensure that the membership database is well maintained and accurate.

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM, BI, Data Analysis or other relevant field;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel for data analysis, graphs and charts, and pivot tables;
• Knowledge of SQL;
• Strong problem-solving capability;
• Comprehensive planning and communication skills;
• Fluent spoken and written English;
