• Collaborate with internal and external clients to understand their operational and strategic needs;
• Create descriptive, predictive, and quantitative analyses addressing key business priorities and supporting stakeholder decision-making;
• Actively manage clients;
• Support and monitor data analysis, reporting, and data mining activities;
• Coach more junior team members as necessary;
• Contribute to disseminating a culture of data-driven solutions within BNP Paribas;
• Provide stakeholders with visibility into BNP Paribas performance and activities.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or a similar field;
• Advanced English fluency, both oral and written;
• At least 5 years of experience in data analytics, operational risk, or compliance activities;
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel;
• Proficiency in Power BI and SQL;
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
