The Data & Analytics Management team oversees the collection, administration, and control of critical data supporting business lines within a global financial institution. The Analytics Integrity team ensures the quality and support of position, transaction, and computed data across major systems, working with Data Referential and Governance divisions to maintain data integrity for liquid, derivative, and alternative investment assets.

• Analyze and solve complex requests from end-users, including requests beyond Standard Operating Procedures
• Understand data inflows and outflows, technical architecture, and business transformations applied to data
• Perform control checks, investigate discrepancies, and escalate appropriately
• Identify operational risks and take initiatives to mitigate them
• Drive process improvements and foster a positive team environment

• At least 5 years of experience in Finance, ideally asset management, including significant experience in operational roles such as Data, IT, front, middle, or back office
• Thorough understanding of operational processes and the needs of major data users, including portfolio management, middle office, risk, quant, compliance, and financial controllers
• Hands-on application experience with Aladdin or Adjuto
• Autonomous approach to analyzing and solving complex requests from end-users
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Analytical mindset, rigor, strong organizational and interpersonal competencies
