Data analyst in banking

• Develop, implement and enforce a data management strategy within the unit.
• Provide data for teams and projects—create reports, monitor KPIs and monitor data quality.
• Ensure the consistency of data, processes and the systems that provide them.

• You have experience in data and implementing work standards in this area.
• You are familiar with databases, and you communicate in SQL as fluently as you do in Polish.
• You are open to using various analytical tools (Python, Power BI and even good old Excel).
• You can read everything from data, then visualise it, explain it and convince others of your conclusions and recommendations.
• You organise your time efficiently and successfully complete projects on time.
• You enjoy sharing your knowledge and helping others, set new standards of practice, and can work independently and as part of a team.
• You enjoy shaping your work environment, are passionate about identifying and eliminating inefficiencies, and care about the quality of your team's work.
