Data Analyst in banking

Agrobank is a state-controlled commercial bank undergoing a major transformation. It is building a unified Analytics Center to replace Excel-based reporting and serves millions of clients.

• Move processes from Excel to data marts, pipelines, and dashboards
• Gather business requirements and agree on metric definitions
• Identify data sources, explore their connections, and document data lineage
• Build data marts and ETL/ELT pipelines with Data Engineers
• Check data quality and reconcile calculations against control sources
• Drive adoption of new tools and processes across business units
• Use AI agents to automate work and turn repeatable workflows into skills

• 2+ Years of experience in banking, fintech, or BigTech
• Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, window functions, and optimization
• Python for data analysis and automation
• Experience with BI tools such as DataLens, Superset, Tableau, or similar
• Git skills, including branching, clear commits, pull requests, and code reviews
• Ability to communicate with business stakeholders and explain results clearly
• Readiness to lead change management with patience and persistence, and push ideas through complex processes
• Uzbek and Russian language skills
• Будет плюсом: banking analytics experience, Oracle, PostgreSQL, S3, Trino, dbt, statistics, experiments, economic impact assessment, hands-on work with AI agents and multi-agent workflows
