Description du poste

The context

- Within Group Procurement, the Data team runs a Snowflake-based data warehouse that consolidates the main Procurement data sources: invoicing, hotel spend declarations, suppliers, contracts, and more.

- Its mission: provide every Procurement team member, across all Hubs, with comprehensive, reliable, understandable and up-to-date data — enabling self-service SQL exploration, dashboards and advanced analytics.

- The platform is built on solid foundations, but its adoption has not yet reached its full potential. The main reason is operational: business users need fast, structured and consistent support to access data, interpret it correctly and get answers to their questions.

This is where your greatest challenge awaits: becoming the first point of contact for all incoming data requests (Care) from Procurement teams. You will help business users express their needs, point them to the right datasets, and make sure every request is qualified, documented and handled efficiently.

A role with highly visible impact: thanks to you, users get answers without friction, the backlog stays under control, and data engineers and analysts can focus on improving the platform.
