Vinted operates a second-hand marketplace connecting millions of members across more than 20 markets. Its business units also provide shipping services through Vinted Go and secure payment services through Vinted Pay.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape Vinted’s Marketplace strategy and identify growth areas across international expansion and new business models;
• Define Marketplace metrics and targets using OKRs, and track and forecast performance over time;
• Create and maintain dashboards that enable stakeholders to independently use data for business insights;
• Analyze internal data to uncover insights and translate them into concrete business opportunities;
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring workflows and reporting processes.

• Have 2+ years of experience as a Decision Scientist, Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a strategic role with a strong data component;
• Demonstrate strong business orientation and affinity with online marketplaces;
• Apply analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and balance analytical rigor with business impact;
• Have experience with SQL and Python for data analysis and dashboarding tools such as Looker or Tableau;
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and proactive communication skills, with the ability to present complex topics clearly and persuasively;
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, handle ambiguity, and learn quickly;
• Nice to have: familiarity with dbt or similar data transformation tools.
