Improvado provides an AI-powered unified platform for marketing teams in medium to large-scale enterprises and agencies. The platform automates marketing intelligence and reporting, organizes marketing data, and delivers insights through BI and AI to optimize budgets, campaign efficiency, and marketing ROI.

• Own end-to-end delivery on complex client implementations, including SQL DataMarts, custom pipelines, Martech Recipes, Attribution, and DataPrep;
• Build and maintain automated analytics workflows using AI tools, scripting, and modern data stack;
• Troubleshoot and resolve production data pipeline issues, including direct client-facing escalations;
• Identify opportunities to replace manual processes with scalable, AI-driven solutions;
• Collaborate with Product, BI, and CSM/TCS teams on architecture decisions and client data requirements;
• Contribute to SOPs and documentation for transformation processes.

• Apply AI tools to automate analytics or data workflows, including Claude Code, prompt engineering, and agentic coding;
• Build and scale a reliable AI agent;
• Take problems end-to-end with minimal hand-holding;
• Strong SQL skills;
• Hands-on ETL/ELT pipeline experience with BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or ClickHouse;
• Troubleshoot production data pipelines and resolve data quality issues;
• Experience with marketing or revenue data;
• Be available to work full US Eastern Time (ET) hours;
• Nice to have: Python for data processing and automation, experience working directly with clients on technical requirements, BI tools such as Superset for operational reporting.
