• Collect, clean, and accurately enter data from multiple internal and external sources into company databases and spreadsheets;
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly summary reports using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or internal reporting tools;
• Identify data inconsistencies, gaps, or anomalies and flag them for supervisor review with clear documentation;
• Maintain organized and up-to-date digital records across multiple databases and file systems;
• Collaborate with team leads to define key metrics, build tracking templates, and streamline reporting workflows;
• Support management with data-driven summaries and insights for operational decision-making;
• Assist with scheduled audits, reconciliations, and data quality checks;
• Meet daily data entry accuracy and productivity targets set by the team.

• High school diploma;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets with a strong understanding of data organization;
• Strong analytical thinking and excellent attention to detail and data accuracy;
• Ability to work with large data sets and maintain consistency across multiple files;
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home workspace;
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and credit screening;
• No prior analyst experience required; comprehensive paid training is provided;
• Must be authorized to work in the United States;
