• Own first-line scoping conversations with Marketing, Product, and Finance, clarify requests, challenge vague or over-scoped asks, and define suitable solutions;
• Develop solutions aligned with stakeholders while maximizing impact and minimizing development time;
• Build and maintain actionable dashboards and reports in Tableau and future BI tools;
• Build and manage data in dbt, including fact tables and models for recurring reporting and analyses;
• Own the day-to-day reliability of created data products by identifying, flagging, and fixing issues;
• Challenge inefficient working practices and work with the Head of Data on improvements.

• 3+ Years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, or similar analytics role;
• Ability to work independently on well-scoped problems and know when to ask for help with ambiguous ones;
• Proven stakeholder-facing judgment when handling vague requests from non-technical stakeholders;
• Ability to frame problems clearly, communicate directly, and challenge assumptions;
• Solid SQL, dbt, and hands-on experience with a BI tool;
• Ability to build and maintain models independently from raw data through fact tables to dashboards;
• Comfortable supporting Marketing and other stakeholders across different domains;
• Willingness to challenge existing practices and openness to direct feedback;
• Fluent in English;
• Nice to have: marketing experience including at least one real marketing project, startup experience, use of AI tools in day-to-day analysis.
