Perform geodetic support of construction and installation works;
Conduct geodetic control to ensure compliance of construction works with design solutions, drawings, and specified geometric parameters;
Perform setting-out of axes, coordinates, elevations, and other elements of buildings, structures, and utility networks according to design documentation;
Carry out field and office geodetic works using modern surveying instruments and equipment;
Monitor the correctness of geometric parameters and the horizontal and vertical positions of structures, constructions, and engineering utilities during construction;
Perform and verify as-built geodetic surveys of completed construction stages and prepare related as-built documentation;
Control the position of structures and building elements relative to design axes, coordinates, and elevations;
Verify compliance of actual geometric parameters with design and working documentation requirements;
Identify deviations from design solutions and regulatory requirements, document them, and inform the immediate supervisor;
Perform technical and geodetic calculations and process measurement results using computer technology and specialized software;
Maintain geodetic logs, as-built drawings, registers, and other surveying documentation;
Participate in verification and approval of geodetic work results with contractors, technical supervision representatives, and other project participants;
Monitor the condition and correct use of geodetic control networks on the construction site;
Monitor the technical condition of surveying instruments and ensure their proper operation, verification, calibration, and adjustment;
Participate in preparing as-built documentation required for acceptance of completed construction works and facilities;
Maintain records of completed geodetic works, systematize obtained data, and prepare reporting information;
Cooperate with technical supervision engineers, contractors, designers, and other construction participants on geodetic support issues;
Monitor the elimination of identified geodetic deviations and non-conformities within the scope of authority;
Participate in technical acceptance of completed construction works and acceptance commissions regarding geodetic control matters;
Comply with occupational health and safety, industrial sanitation, fire safety, and environmental protection requirements while performing geodetic works.
требования
Higher technical or secondary specialized education in geodesy, cartography, or cadastre;
At least 3 years of experience in engineering geodesy and geodetic support of construction;
Knowledge of legislative, regulatory, methodological, and technical documents governing geodetic and topographic surveying works in construction;
Knowledge of construction codes, state standards, engineering geodesy, and geodetic support of construction;
Knowledge of field and office geodetic works, setting-out methods, as-built surveys, geodetic control networks, and coordinate and elevation determination;
Knowledge of geodetic instruments and equipment, including their verification, calibration, and adjustment;
Knowledge of mathematical processing of geodetic measurements and specialized geodetic software;
Knowledge of construction and installation work technology, design and working documentation, and as-built documentation requirements;
User-level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and other specialized software for geodetic works;
Knowledge of automation tools for topographic and geodetic works and satellite positioning technologies;
Knowledge of procedures for accepting completed construction works involving geodetic control;
Knowledge of recordkeeping, reporting, environmental protection, labor legislation, occupational health and safety, industrial sanitation, and fire safety regulations.
