• Analyze large and complex datasets using statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities;
• Design and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations;
• Develop automated reports, alerts, and subscriptions;
• Research data, prepare analytical reports, and provide business recommendations;
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve data quality, accuracy, and efficiency;
• Collaborate with BI Development and business stakeholders to define reporting requirements;
• Optimize database objects, including Tableau cubes, calculated fields, and reporting structures;
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives and provide analytical expertise and data-driven recommendations;
• Handle sensitive and personal data responsibly while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role;
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Tableau, and Python;
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data interpretation techniques;
• Experience building dashboards, automated reporting solutions, and visualizations;
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations;
• Experience collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to deliver reporting solutions;
