• Identify relevant data sources, specify data requirements, and retrieve data
• Inspect, clean, transform, standardise, and validate data, including handling missing values and outliers
• Create visualisations that communicate data insights to different audiences
• Interpret results, identify insights, and spot trends and fluctuations
• Document information and content for consumption and processing
• Support analytics projects by building dashboards, supporting pipelines, cleansing data, and providing insights
• Build self-serve analytics content and support dashboards and underlying models
• Help teams make better, faster, data-driven decisions

• Show interest in data, analytics, and dashboard building
• Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to solve complex problems
• Have strong teamwork skills
• Have strong written and verbal English
• Communicate work clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Understand the importance of clean, accurate, and trusted data in business operations
• Have a basic understanding of SQL and data/BI tools
