• Own the design and delivery of parts of Data Analytics solutions based on business requirements, contributing to their implementation with some supervision;
• Work independently on consuming data, preparing it for analytical use, and translating business problems into data stories; seek guidance on more complex tasks;
• Deliver work within the team’s scope that informs business decisions for the relevant product or business topic;
• Use data analysis and visualization skills to answer business questions and create intuitive visualizations that turn data into actionable insights;
• Collaborate with operational and project-based stakeholders under a manager’s guidance, address their needs, and present insights in an accessible, business-friendly manner;
• Adopt existing internal Data Analytics approaches and expand technical competencies when more efficient methods emerge;
• Develop craft skills and use Data Analytics to address well-defined business problems;
• Support junior peers through knowledge sharing and setting a good example when opportunities arise;
• Network and connect proactively with craft peers beyond the team.
