Data Analyst

• Extract and manipulate data from databases using SQL;
• Perform data cleaning and validation to ensure accuracy;
• Build dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs);
• Collaborate with team members to understand data needs and deliver insights;
• Document processes and maintain data dictionaries;
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives;
• Collect and analyze data from various sources;
• Create visualizations and reports and present findings to stakeholders;
• Assist in maintaining data quality and integrity;
• Develop automated processes;
• Support ad-hoc analytical requests.

• A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience;
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis;
• Basic understanding of SQL and ability to write simple queries;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy;
• Effective written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment;
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies;
• 0–2 Years of experience in a data-related role; internships or academic projects count;
• Nice to have: Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, basic knowledge of Python.
