Data Analyst

Logicom Public Ltd operates in IT services and consulting, with a Cloud business involving cloud finance, marketplace processes, and large-scale financial and operational data operations.

• Assist with reconciling data between Vendor systems and internal systems;
• Support monitoring and validation of cloud transactions, billing records, and financial data;
• Prepare, maintain, and enhance recurring operational and financial reports;
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytical reports;
• Extract, transform, and validate data from multiple sources using Excel, Power Query, and other analytical tools;
• Monitor cloud marketplace activities and identify anomalies, inconsistencies, or exceptions;
• Support automation of monthly billing and financial processes;
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Cloud teams across multiple countries;
• Maintain documentation of reports, processes, and data models;
• Contribute to optimising and automating data and reporting workflows;
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and potential risks;
• Support ad-hoc reporting, business analysis, and management requests;
• Monitor the financial aspect of vendor incentive funds with country Finance, Operations, and Cloud teams, and maintain detailed and up-to-date ERP records;
• Undertake additional responsibilities assigned by the Distribution Finance and Cloud Leads.

• University degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Business Intelligence, Information Technology, Data Science, or another relevant field;
• 1–2 Years of relevant work experience, ideally in Accounting, Finance, or Data Analysis;
• Ability to work effectively with large and complex datasets;
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills;
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Power BI knowledge;
• Knowledge of Power Query;
• Strong data analysis, validation, and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
• Fluency in Greek and English;
• Self-motivated, passionate about technology, and an effective team player;
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• Proactive mindset and strong willingness to learn;
• Nice to have: finance or accounting knowledge, solid understanding of revenue, cost, and billing processes.
