Haystack is a recruitment partner facilitating the hiring process for organizations within the technology and internet sectors.
задачи
- Accelerate advertising business growth in the Benelux and Nordics regions;
- Shape the streaming TV and video landscape, particularly with Prime Video's launch in Netherlands and Sweden;
- Serve as a strategic advisor, implementing analytics solutions to drive business transformation;
- Lead Ad measurement discussions, create actionable insights, and present clear recommendations to executive stakeholders.
требования
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field;
- Experience in advanced SQL and ability to write complex queries;
- Experience translating technical aspects of analysis and metrics into actionable insights;
- Experience in advertising measurement methodologies, including incrementality, marketing mix modeling, and media attribution;
- Experience in customer segmentation, customer behavior analysis, and data science modeling using Python/R;
- Nice to have: Fluency in Dutch.
