As a Lead Data Analyst, you will bridge the world of business and technology – leading discussions with clients, translating business needs into analytical solutions, and supporting organizations in building a Data-Driven culture.

• Collaboration with business stakeholders
• Conducting workshops, analyzing requirements, and translating business goals into analytical solutions and Power BI dashboards
• Defining reporting standards and best practices in the area of Power BI and Data Governance
• Collaboration with data developers (ETL), data architects, and DevOps/FinOps in designing and implementing solutions based on Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
• Taking on the role of team leader – mentoring, developing competencies, and providing substantive support to analysts
• Overseeing the quality, consistency, and usability of delivered analytical solutions
• Tracking market trends in the field of analytics
• Co-creating and developing the offerings of the Data & Analytics Center
• Representing the organization at industry conferences and actively participating in market events

• Minimum 7 years of experience in creating and developing Power BI analytics and working with data
• Serving as a Tech Lead/Lead Developer/Senior Consultant in previous projects
• Familiarity with Data Governance principles, semantic modeling, and best reporting practices
• Proficiency in programming languages: SQL, Python, and DAX
• Practical knowledge of DWH architecture, Data Lakehouse, cloud solutions, and the Microsoft Fabric platform, supported by active participation in implementations or production projects
• Previous work with Microsoft Fabric during implementation or development projects
• Experience in project work with clients (gathering requirements, consulting, presentations)
• Ability to make technology decisions and take responsibility for them
• Strong communication and consulting skills
• Experience in the pre-sales process (preparing concepts, supporting proposals, estimations)
• Ability to identify market trends in the field of data analytics and their practical application in building offerings and solutions for clients
• Fluent communication in Polish and English
• Будет плюсом: Activity in the industry community (participation in conferences and meet-ups, market tracking); Utilization of AI in automating analytics; Experience in designing Microsoft Fabric architecture and recommending the use of individual components; Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric IQ and/or Copilot Studio
