Are you an experienced data professional ready to take ownership of complex analytical challenges and help shape how clients use their data? Join our team and play a leading role in delivering modern data solutions that drive real business impact.

Design and build data models that support scalable and reliable analytics.

Define data transformation logic and business rules across complex data pipelines.

Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations that support decision-making.

Prepare functional and technical solution designs for data and analytics projects.

Work with large datasets, identify business insights, ensure data quality, and drive process improvements.

Collaborate directly with client stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Lead and mentor junior analysts and support their professional development.

Deliver projects end-to-end, from analysis and design through implementation and handover.

Promote data quality, governance, and continuous improvement across engagements.

Bridge the gap between business and technology by turning data into actionable recommendations.

What matters to us

3+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics, data management, BI, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of SQL, ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing, data quality, and data governance principles.

Hands-on experience with analytical and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, or similar.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Client-facing mindset with strong stakeholder management capabilities.

Experience with Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, or cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Understanding of modern data architecture concepts such as Data Lakehouse or Data Mesh.
Experience with master data management and data governance initiatives.
Proven delivery across the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation.
Experience leading, coaching, and developing junior team members.
Background in banking, financial services, or insurance.

Tomáš Karas is a Director who leads the whole Data Management team in Technology Consulting. Combining the roles of Data Architect and Delivery data lead, he helps clients build large-scale data platforms and transform data using modern data & AI technologies into business value.

His teams deliver solutions that automate complex processes and save clients thousands of hours of operational effort using a combination of data & AI platforms. Outside of work, you'll likely meet him with a team at some place that involves music either on dance floor or behind the mic on karaoke. At home he spends time with family of 4 kids and their famous guinea pig farm.
