задачи
- Analyze data using tables, charts, and analytical models;
- Use Excel, SQL, and Power BI to process and exploit information;
- Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards;
- Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports to support decision-making;
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in data;
- Design business-oriented analytical solutions;
- Automate reporting and data processing;
- Collaborate with different teams to understand their needs and translate them into data solutions.
требования
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Architecture, or a similar field;
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, analytical model development, and reporting;
- Nice to have: Master's degree in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a related field, experience in real estate or similar business environments such as construction or asset management.
