Polskie Pracownie Optyczne is an innovative and dynamically developing network of optical salons with a nationwide reach, currently consisting of 67 locations across Poland.

• Build and develop reports and dashboards in Power BI;
• Prepare analyses and summaries in Excel;
• Work with data from data warehouses and various source systems;
• Analyze data quality and consistency;
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements;
• Automate reporting and improve analytical processes;
• Build data models and prepare data for analysis;
• Maintain existing reports and develop new reporting areas.

• 3 Years of experience in a similar position;
• Very good knowledge of Power BI;
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel;
• Ability to work with large datasets;
• Knowledge of SQL;
• Experience working with data warehouses;
• Knowledge of DAX and Power Query;
• Analytical thinking and ability to draw conclusions from data;
• Independence and good work organization;
• Communication skills and ability to cooperate with business;
• Knowledge of financial / controlling issues / business KPIs;
• Nice to have: experience in reporting automation, knowledge of ETL / ELT processes, basic knowledge of Python or other analytical tools, experience working with ERP / CRM / financial systems.
