• Develop, implement, and enforce data management strategy within the unit;
• Deliver data for team and project needs by creating reports, monitoring KPIs, and monitoring data quality;
• Ensure consistency of data, processes, and supporting systems;
• Set new operational standards, work independently and within a team, and shape the working environment;
• Identify and eliminate inefficiencies while ensuring the quality of team results;
• Share knowledge and assist others.

• Experience in data and implementing working standards in this area;
• Strong database background with fluent communication in SQL;
• Openness to analytical tools such as Python, Power BI, and Excel;
• Ability to analyze data, visualize findings, communicate insights, and convince others of conclusions and recommendations;
• Strong time management skills to complete projects successfully and on time;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of Salesforce, Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL), and Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL).
