IDS Borjomi Kazakhstan operates in the beverage manufacturing, food and beverage retail, and wholesale food and beverage industries.

• Analyze sales, inventory, and master data;
• Perform daily reconciliation of data between information systems, investigate discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy;
• Monitor data quality and validate the correctness of data uploads;
• Prepare analytical reports, pivot tables, presentations, and management materials;
• Analyze sales performance, identify deviations, and provide recommendations for improvement;
• Work with large data sets using Microsoft Excel;
• Support and administer corporate information systems;
• Prepare business requirements and technical specifications for system enhancements;
• Maintain master data, user accounts, corporate mobile devices, and software licenses;
• Provide user support, develop user guides, and conduct training sessions;
• Participate in testing new system functionalities and automation projects.

• 2+ Years of experience working as Data Analyst within FMCG, Retail, Distribution company;
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, experience with SFA, DMS, ERP, CRM, 1C, or other corporate information systems;
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field;
• Fluent in Kazakh and Russian;
• Nice to have: Experience in sales and inventory reconciliation and data quality control.
