задачи
Collects, consolidates, and analyzes business data to support D2C performance reporting and help identify opportunities to improve sales and profitability.
Supports the preparation and improvement of reports and KPIs to monitor Webshop and Marketplace performance, in collaboration with the D2C and Data & Analytics teams.
Helps translate business needs into relevant analyses and reports, providing insights to support day-to-day D2C decision-making.
Supports budgeting and forecasting activities by preparing and analyzing channel- and product-level data, in collaboration with Brand E-Commerce Management and relevant stakeholders.
Identifies opportunities to improve reporting, data accuracy, and financial controls, and contributes to making related processes more efficient.
Conducts ad-hoc analyses of product and channel performance, identifying trends and providing recommendations to support business decisions.
Looks for ways to simplify and automate repetitive reporting tasks using available tools and technologies.
Presents findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and structured way, linking business performance to commercial objectives.
Supports the preparation of regular D2C performance reports and P&L summaries.
требования
Analytical and technical skills: 2–3 years of relevant professional experience with strong analytical and Excel skills. Experience with modern BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) is a plus.
Business and commercial acumen: good understanding of commercial and financial KPIs, with an interest in D2C and e-commerce topics.
Reporting and data analysis: ability to structure, consolidate, and analyze data from different sources and turn it into clear, meaningful reports and insights.
Planning and forecasting: understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes, with the ability to support planning activities through structured analysis of channel-, category-, and product-level data.
Process improvement and controls: ability to identify inefficiencies in reporting and financial processes and suggest practical improvements, with an interest in exploring how automation tools and AI can simplify repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
Stakeholder communication: ability to communicate analytical findings clearly, present insights and recommendations, and explain how business performance relates to commercial and financial objectives.
Location: Romania (remote). This opportunity is open to candidates based in Romania.
