CRM data analyst for customer campaigns

• Analyze customer data, define and implement new commercial segments and clusters
• Define and implement multichannel journeys (online and offline)
• Define and implement KPIs to monitor the performance of campaigns and journeys
• Measure the efficiency of interactions in the customer funnel
• Measure the impact on business objectives
• Identify growth opportunities and propose Challenger strategies aligned with the defined objectives

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst (Mandatory)
• Higher education degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or similar fields (Mandatory)
• English (Preferred)
• Professional experience in database manipulation (Big Data) and performance techniques (Mandatory)
• Proficiency in SAS tools (SAS GUIDE) and ORACLE databases (Mandatory)
• Proficiency in data manipulation tools in an Azure Cloud environment (Mandatory)
• Experience building analyses and reports and monitoring performance indicators (Preferred)
• Experience in CRM, campaigns or customer analytics (Preferred)
• Analytical and data-driven profile
• Excellent communication skills – ability to translate and adapt technical/analytical language into business impact
• Ability to turn data into relevant business insights
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and multidisciplinary environments
