• collect, clean, and analyze business data from multiple sources to support decision-making and performance tracking
• building and maintaining dashboards and reports
• performing statistical analyses
• developing data models to identify trends, patterns, and process improvements
• collaborate with business and technical teams to translate data findings into clear recommendations
• document methodologies
• present results to stakeholders
• monitoring data quality
• supporting ad hoc analysis requests
• contributing to the continuous enhancement of analytics tools and processes

• strong Analytical Skills and proven experience in Data Analytics for business contexts
• Fluent in Greek and English
• a solid foundation in Statistics to conduct quantitative analysis and interpret results reliably
• Communication skills to present complex data insights clearly to non-technical and technical stakeholders
• Data Modeling skills to design, maintain, and optimize data structures and analytical models
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related discipline)
• Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms)
• Experience working with large datasets and databases, including querying, data cleaning, and validation
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to data integrity and privacy
