Business Analyst with Trading Experience

• Define business, financial, and functional requirements with decision makers, system owners, and end users
• Identify and establish the scope of systems analysis to define outcome criteria and measure-taking actions
• Analyze business processes, data sources, interfaces, and process changes required to address issues
• Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution across development, support, and technical business users
• Serve as a subject matter expert for trading systems initiatives and development
• Communicate with the business and development team

• Understand major global features of exchanges
• Know the full exchange-traded derivatives trade lifecycle
• Understand capital markets and investment banks
• Understand financial regulations such as MiFID II, EMIR, and FCA guidelines
• Know market data providers such as Bloomberg and Refinitiv, as well as liquidity and aggregation platforms
• Hold a degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Math, Computer Science, or a related field
• Have at least 2 years of experience in Commodity Trading
• Have English proficiency at B2 level or higher
