• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements for web and mobile applications (iOS/Android);
• Create and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria;
• Participate in backlog refinement and prioritization sessions;
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, Developers, and Architects;
• Translate business needs into clear and implementable requirements;
• Support effort estimation and delivery planning;
• Ensure requirements traceability, consistency, and testability;
• Coordinate with UX/UI designers to align business requirements with user experience concepts;
• Support the development team during implementation and testing;
• Contribute to continuous improvement of product and delivery processes.

• Knowledge of requirements engineering;
• Experience with requirements analysis and documentation;
• Ability to create user stories and define acceptance criteria;
• Knowledge of backlog refinement;
• Experience with business process analysis;
• Stakeholder management skills;
• Ability to validate and prioritize requirements;
• Understanding of Agile delivery, SCRUM, and Agile product development;

• Basic knowledge of APIs and system integrations;
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
