• Support the analysis and resolution of SAP-related incidents and requests;
• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements and process improvements;
• Participate in business process reviews and identify optimization opportunities;
• Prepare functional documentation and process flows;
• Support testing activities for system enhancements, issue resolution, and project deployments;
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and SAP analysts across different functional areas;
• Assist with change management and end-user training activities;
• Help maintain training materials and process documentation;
• Contribute to SAP S/4HANA implementation and support initiatives;
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field;
• Strong academic record with a passion for technology and business processes;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and multicultural environment;
• Fluent English, both written and spoken;
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities;
• Interest in ERP systems and digital transformation;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of SAP.
