• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the wider team and business stakeholders;
• Organise meetings, maintain documentation, and coordinate key business activities;
• Support data collection, reporting, and analysis to assist decision-making;
• Produce and maintain accurate records, reports, and project documentation;
• Assist with process improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies;
• Track actions, risks, and key deliverables across projects and workstreams;
• Liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders at all levels;
• Support the delivery of business change and transformation activities where required.

• Previous experience in an administrative, coordinator, support, or junior analyst role;
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of stakeholders;
• Good IT skills, including experience using the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams);
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently;
• Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn;
• Self-motivated approach to supporting teams and improving processes;
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities;
• Ability to build positive working relationships across the business;
• Interest in developing a career in business analysis, project support, or business operations;
• Nice to have: Experience gathering, organising, and presenting information.

• Initial 6-month contract;
• Strong likelihood of extension;
