• Build a comprehensive understanding of the product, users, business model, competitive landscape, and economics; use AI, data, and research to identify business drivers, diagnose challenges, and find growth and product development opportunities;
• Turn insights into testable opportunities and hypotheses; explore product features, growth initiatives, monetization opportunities, and operational improvements, prioritizing those with the greatest potential impact;
• Turn promising opportunities into action and customer value; support roadmap conversations with enterprise clients, build business cases, and work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver initiatives;
• Use A/B tests, business and product metrics, and ongoing analysis to evaluate results; scale successful initiatives, improve existing ones, and apply findings to subsequent discovery and execution.
