• Analyze performance across all marketplaces, derive business impact, and drive problem-solving initiatives;
• Troubleshoot operational issues, resolve them, or route them to the appropriate internal teams or marketplace partners;
• Build, maintain, and improve scripts and tools that automate repetitive operational tasks, including catalog updates and hub availability checks;
• Collaborate with Commercial, Tech, and Operations teams and external marketplace partners on daily operations and strategic projects;
• Run commercial growth experiments from setup through read-out, size opportunities, track tests, and assess results.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or a related field;
• Clear experience in data analysis and using SQL to turn analysis into actionable insights;
• Experience leading initiatives that demonstrate business impact;
• 2+ Years of experience with BI tools such as PowerBI or Looker;
• Experience turning business requests into insightful analyses;
• Proven experience building effective automation to eliminate manual inefficiencies;
• Full professional fluency in English, both written and verbal;
• Experience owning initiatives from ideation through delivery.
