• Engage stakeholders and customers by providing functional expertise, vision, oversight, and coordination across a portfolio of IT solutions;
• Analyze business processes, conduct needs assessments, and perform preliminary cost/benefit analyses;
• Define and analyze problems with business users and identify suitable technical, application, or configuration solutions;
• Define project requirements, milestones, phases, elements, teams, and budgets;
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications with Domain Architects and Developers;
• Validate business and technical requirements during project delivery;
• Support System Integration Testing activities and provide Key User Training;
• Contribute subject matter expertise to innovation and strategy development;
• Guide team members;
• Create, review, and deliver end-user documentation and training materials;
• Analyze system architecture and business processes to improve overall solutions;
• Work with outside partners to ensure SBD requirements are met;
• Lead functional activities, initiatives, and projects when needed.

• Undergraduate degree and 4–6 years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree and 3–4 years of relevant experience;
• Solid knowledge of system development methodology, project management, system architecture, and analytical/problem-solving skills;
• Knowledge and understanding of BY/JDA Warehouse Management System;
• Knowledge of business process management and modeling;
• Experience with requirements definition and management;
• Knowledge of SDLC, Iterative, Agile, and Scrum development;
• Knowledge of application and system integration methods and computing environments;
• Basic understanding of application portfolios, IT strategy, and business priorities;
• Strong oral and written communication skills;
• Ability to influence, execute, prioritize, and make trade-off decisions;
• Adaptability and ability to manage change;
• Creative thinking, entrepreneurship, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical thinking, detail orientation, teamwork, and collaboration skills;
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, JIRA, Azure DevOps, or other requirements management tools;
• Nice to have: SQL knowledge, 0–3 years of leadership experience, understanding of future and emerging technologies.
