• Produce business requirements to inform future-state design and help teams understand requirements and their links to the overall domain strategy
• Build, manage, and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders and third-party suppliers across multiple franchises and functions
• Understand, challenge, and develop the business, customers, strategic goals, and team operations to support desired outcomes
• Capture, validate, and document business and system requirements in line with key strategic principles
• Engage with customers, key stakeholders, and the team to obtain and document functional and non-functional needs
• Analyze existing system documentation and summarize relevant system functionality
• Support the identification of team priorities based on feedback from customers, key stakeholders, and the team

• Good understanding of Agile values, principles, and methodologies, with experience working in an Agile environment
• Experience applying business analysis tools and techniques
• Good communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to peers and management-level colleagues
• Good collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to establish and drive best practices while delivering strategic and operational initiatives
• Experience in fast-paced environments where priorities evolve and flexibility is essential
• Strong understanding of digital delivery and ability to contribute across multiple domains, products, and platforms
• Appropriate business analyst certification
