GRS Recruitment works with an established telecommunications provider in Nicosia.

• Differentiate between must-have and nice-to-have requirements to support prioritization;
• Support workshops and stakeholder discussions across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Support, Finance, and Legal to gather business needs and identify pain points;
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, user journeys, functional and non-functional requirements, wireframes, data flow diagrams, and basic CRM integration and reporting needs;
• Document current (“As-Is”) and future (“To-Be”) business processes;
• Build understanding of the product or solution;
• Map business requirements to existing capabilities;
• Identify gaps and suggest improvements;
• Support enhancements or configuration changes;
• Work closely with Technical Architects and development teams to ensure solutions are practical and scalable;
• Design comprehensive UAT test plans and scripts based on initial business requirements;
• Coordinate with business users to execute testing and ensure the CRM meets the Definition of Done;
• Manage defect logging and prioritize fixes with the development team before final go-live.

• 3–4 Years of experience in Business Analysis, Technology Consulting, or Product Management;
• Experience building requirements for system implementations, including user journey definitions, functional design and specifications, file specifications, and user flow diagrams;
• Experience working with third parties on project implementation, integration, or migration projects;
• Degree-level education, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Information System Management, or a similar field;
• Understanding of web and mobile technologies, web services, and APIs;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• Ability to work with cross-functional business teams and virtual teams;
• Fluent English;
• Ability to commit to an approximately 15-month contract role with an immediate start;
• Nice to have: Experience with a Telecommunications company, Greek language.
