• Deliver pre-sales technical support: demand analysis, pre-sales solution design, tender document preparation, inquiry response, POC testing, workload feasibility assessment, customer presentation and solution consultation.
• Conduct demand research, communicate repeatedly with clients to clarify requirements, and compile Software Requirements Specifications (SRS).
• Develop reasonable version delivery plans based on project progress, client demands and R&D capacity, including communicate with customers, project managers and internal R&D teams to align with client requirements; create feasible project schedules for R&D to meet project timeline and manpower constraints.
• Track full version delivery workflow: a. Demand review; b. Demand import; c. Demand tracking.
• Support sales teams to expand secondary business.
• Provide daily post-sales technical support for delivered projects.

• Full-time Bachelor’s degree or above; majors include Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Marketing, etc.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in market analysis, pre-sales solution, testing or project delivery.
• Capable of independently organizing client communication and business interviews, identify business pain points and propose targeted solutions.
• Able to communicate effectively with clients, fully understand their demands, design consulting solutions and clearly present ideas & deliverables.
• Sharp insight to capture hidden demands of stakeholders and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Strong logical thinking, communication and expression skills.
• Fluent English;
• Будет плюсом: Experience in Telecommunications, Internet, IT, Finance, Retail, Transportation or Security industries is preferred; Russian speaking ability is preferred
