AD/01 is a tech studio that builds technology for food retail across in-store, online, and operational experiences. It is part of the Ahold Delhaize network, a global food retail group operating supermarkets and e-commerce brands in Europe, the United States, and Indonesia.

• Deliver a multi-year SAP S/4 HANA Core Financial implementation known as FIT;
• Gather business requirements and lead the design, validation, and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA Core Financial solutions;
• Produce deliverables, cost estimates, and time estimates for assigned projects;
• Document business requirements with business, IT, SI, and SAP stakeholders and translate them into detailed design documentation;
• Establish a new SAP Core Financial System for Retail Business Services with IT, PMO, Finance Business, SAP, and system integrator stakeholders;
• Determine integration needs and reusable design, development, and solution patterns;
• Guide software engineers and vendor partners by clarifying design patterns;
• Verify solutions against specifications and business and technical requirements;
• Build legacy integrations with the new SAP S/4 HANA Core Financial solution;
• Partner with Quality Assurance on System Integration and User Acceptance Testing;
• Design, develop, and transition the SAP S/4 HANA Core Financial solution in line with the FIT roadmap;
• Provide SAP S/4 HANA Core Financial expertise for technology solution analysis, design, and preparation;
• Recommend SAP S/4 HANA Core Financial components and partner with the domain architect to follow the architectural roadmap;
• Ensure project artifacts and documentation are created and stored appropriately;
• Act as the primary communication point for FIT and business partners on infrastructure, application, data, and implementation changes;
• Ensure change management deliverables are completed;
• Integrate assigned business areas with critical processing, freeze periods, schedule changes, weather events, and refresh activities;
• Manage smaller projects from inception to completion when required;
• Maintain the integrated FIT portfolio roadmap;
• Support the Business Consultant in managing relationships with business function heads and defining the FIT roadmap;
• Maintain strategic IT objectives with Global Finance and IT peers;
• Evaluate, prioritize, and optimize FIT investment based on strategic value, business needs, cost-benefits, and critical risk;
• Provide consulting and direction for business problems and unexpected events;
• Review business processes, identify capability gaps and opportunities, and recommend innovations and simplifications;
• Act as the third level of support;
• Forecast and plan approved demand and support resource planning for on-time and on-budget delivery;
• Establish risk management practices;
• Schedule Finance projects based on financial and strategic justifications;
• Support overall program and project scheduling for Solution Development Finance & Accounting;
• Assist the Portfolio Manager with resource management for the FIT program;
• Balance speed to market, cost, risk, and quality across solution delivery teams;
• Monitor emerging technologies and their applicability to retail and e-commerce deployments;
• Define, maintain, and follow project and annual budgets;
• Establish and support a high-performance, service-oriented culture;
• Drive the Ahold Delhaize FIT agenda and priorities;
• Encourage engagement with retail business processes and the use of FIT to improve competitiveness;
• Use engagement survey insights to motivate people, lead by example, embrace diversity, and explain reasons for change;
• Drive efficiency and release resources to support the business;
• Continuously improve the system portfolio;

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
• 8+ Years of experience;
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Financial Core systems or solutions;
• Successfully implemented and maintained an SAP Core Financial solution for a multibillion-dollar organization;
• Experience with cloud or hosted solutions;
• Experience documenting business requirements and translating them into designs;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to influence leadership;
