• Define and document end-to-end partnership processes;
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement to gather requirements, align ways of working and agree future-state processes;
• Create process documentation, including process maps, RACIs, operating procedures and the Project Bird Operations Manual;
• Identify process risks, gaps and improvement opportunities to ensure operational readiness for launch.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on large transformation or partnership programmes;
• Strong process mapping capability using Visio and Miro;
• Experience designing target operating models and operating procedures;
• Ability to translate complex operational requirements into clear documentation;
• Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills;
• Experience documenting governance, controls and service processes;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work across multiple teams without direct authority;
• Excellent written communication;
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
