• Analyze and evaluate business requirements and derive suitable measures for developing planning, controlling, and management processes;
• Design and document solution approaches considering technical, organizational, and economic constraints;
• Support and further develop digital applications and system landscapes, including data management, system support, quality assurance, and optimization of existing workflows;
• Identify improvement opportunities in existing business and IT processes and develop and implement suitable optimization measures.

• Successfully completed a degree specializing in digitalization, IT, business, or a comparable field;
• Solid practical experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes and in planning and coordinating projects;
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, HTML/CSS, SASS, database management, and software testing;
• Several years of practical experience in the relevant professional environment;
• Very good German and good English skills.

• Salary range: 55,000 to 65,000 EUR/year;
