• Participate in and lead cross-functional business projects with different Commercialization teams;
• Analyze the business to identify opportunities and improvement levers, proposing action plans with an impact on results;
• Optimize and automate commercial and operational processes, especially those related to the sales funnel;
• Monitor business KPIs and transform data into insights that support decision-making;
• Act as the business Product Owner for Salesforce, identifying needs and driving improvements and new functionalities;
• Support prospecting and lead generation through database analysis and exploitation.

• 2 Years of experience in analysis, business, project, or similar roles;
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a similar field with a business orientation;
• Knowledge of data analysis, programming, and databases, including Power BI, SQL, and Python;
• Interest in artificial intelligence and its application to business;
• Curiosity, proactivity, critical thinking, and results orientation;
• Nice to have: Interest in the energy sector and prior experience or knowledge in it.
