• Analyze business requirements and develop solutions for regulatory and process-related issues with internal teams;
• Analyze and prioritize requirements from Compliance, Data Protection, and Risk Management;
• Translate business requirements into user stories, functional concepts, and acceptance criteria;
• Moderate workshops for requirements gathering and solution development;
• Support the further development of regulatory applications and processes;
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, business departments, and technical teams;
• Analyze processes, data flows, and business dependencies and develop sustainable solutions with internal teams;
• Support testing and releases and ensure that new solutions meet business needs;
• Help build regulatory knowledge sustainably within DKB.

• Completed university degree or comparable qualification;
• Experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, or a comparable business-IT interface role;
• Very good German language skills;
• Good communication skills;
• Analytical thinking, structured working style, and ability to explain complex relationships clearly;
• Nice to have: experience in banking, financial services, or compliance, requirements management and business process modeling, agile working methods, Jira, Confluence.
