• Plan and conduct requirements elicitation through interviews, workshops, focus groups, and observation sessions;
• Identify stakeholders, define objectives, and prepare elicitation plans and questionnaires;
• Analyze existing business processes, systems, documentation, policies, and technical specifications;
• Gather, document, refine, and validate business and system requirements;
• Identify information gaps and conduct additional elicitation when needed;
• Analyze, evaluate, prioritize, and categorize requirements;
• Define functional, non-functional, and technical requirements;
• Develop process models, workflows, and analysis artifacts to support decision-making;
• Document business rules, technical rules, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies;
• Create UAT scenarios, acceptance criteria, and testing requirements;
• Produce and maintain business analysis documentation, including scope documentation, business glossaries, As-Is and To-Be process models, business, system, data, interface, and user models, process flows, and business scenarios;
• Ensure documentation completeness, consistency, version control, and traceability;
• Facilitate stakeholder review and validation sessions;
• Validate requirements, analysis outputs, and project deliverables;
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance requirements;
• Obtain stakeholder approvals and sign-offs;
• Present requirements and analysis outcomes to business and technical teams;
• Support development, testing, and implementation activities;
• Conduct knowledge transfer and handover sessions;
• Ensure stakeholders maintain a shared understanding of project requirements and objectives throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• At least 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst;
• Excellent knowledge of Russian;
• Hands-on experience in business process analysis and/or product analysis;
• Experience identifying inefficiencies, optimizing workflows, and improving business processes;
• Experience creating and maintaining business analysis documentation and requirements artifacts;
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and identify practical solutions;
• Experience managing and documenting functional and non-functional requirements;
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles and practices;
• Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders;
• Understanding of system architecture, integrations, APIs, databases, and software applications.
