• Gather and validate requirements with stakeholders and translate them into clear, testable artifacts, including epics/features, user stories/use cases, acceptance criteria, business rules, and edge cases;
• Apply appropriate modeling, including flows, state or decision logic, and process models, when it improves clarity;
• Manage requirements throughout delivery, including changes, decisions, and assumptions;
• Create and maintain a structured, searchable knowledge base for product behavior and business rules;
• Ensure documentation remains accurate, current, and consistently organized;
• Bridge Product and Engineering and drive alignment across Product, Design, QA, and Tech on scope, risks, dependencies, and constraints;
• Communicate complex logic with maximum clarity and minimal context loss;
• Review scenarios and acceptance criteria, collaborate with QA, and participate in validating shipped features against intended requirements;
• Use AI tools and LLMs to improve the speed and quality of business analysis work, including drafting and refining requirements, consistency checks, scenario generation, and documentation maintenance;
• Verify AI-assisted outputs rigorously and remain accountable for correctness.

• 5+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst in product development, working closely with cross-functional delivery teams;
• Structure ambiguous problems, define business rules, and produce clear, testable requirements with appropriate depth;
• Quickly understand complex existing product logic, identify gaps and risks, and document behavior for technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Strong structured writing skills and the ability to create concise, consistent, easy-to-navigate, and maintainable documentation;
• Practical experience using modern AI/LLM tools in day-to-day analysis work beyond basic prompting;
• Influence without authority, facilitate discussions, and drive decisions in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities;
• English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher; documentation and discussions are conducted in English.
