• 5+ Years of experience as an IT Business Analyst focused on web and software development projects;
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools;
• Experience creating and managing BRDs, user stories, and functional documentation;
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, or similar project management platforms;
• Proficiency in creating BPMN diagrams using tools such as Lucidchart, wireframing, and prototyping;
• Understanding of data analysis tools and techniques for reporting and decision-making;
• Professional-level English proficiency;
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with excellent time management;
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to analyze and translate business needs into technical requirements effectively.
