• Monitor customer dynamics and campaign impact using SQL, Python, and advanced analytics to guide test-and-learn marketing strategies;
• Present complex data insights and strategic recommendations to senior management to drive budget optimization and business growth;
• Act as a technical lead by coaching and mentoring other data professionals;
• Partner with global and local teams to design metrics and build reporting suites using Tableau and Google BigQuery.

• Demonstrated analytics experience in e-commerce, platform, or consulting environments;
• Track record of delivering recommendations to senior stakeholders;
• Significant experience in marketing analytics and measurement;
• Advanced SQL and Python skills for data extraction and analysis;
• Expertise in Tableau or Power BI;
• Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into technical data roadmaps and persuasive, data-driven narratives;
• Practical experience applying causal inference or regression analysis to business problems;
• Professional fluency in English;
• Nice to have: Experience with marketing mix modeling or attribution.
